General Terms and Conditions of Use for Individuals
These General Terms of Use regulate the use of the website www.lugrasa.com, owned by LUBRICANTES Y GRASAS S.A. (LUGRASA), with registered office at C/ Isla Cristina S/N, Murcia, email webservice@lugrasa.com and telephone +34 968 200 901. Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Murcia - Book 521. Section 3ª. Any order placed on www.lugrasa.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms of Use in force on the date the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these terms will imply their application to the order in question, as well as to all subsequent orders, except in cases where new terms are brought to their attention.
Users
To purchase any product displayed on www.lugrasa.com, the user must be legally qualified according to the Spanish Legal System.
Two types of users are distinguished: end consumers and professionals. If you are a professional, this must be specified during registration by checking the corresponding box.
These terms of use are intended for end consumers who purchase products on www.lugrasa.com.
Purchase Procedure
Choose: Select the desired product, click on it, and you will see a detailed description. The product can be added to the shopping cart directly from its page.
Purchase: Once in the cart, you must follow the established steps to confirm the purchase and provide the required data.
Confirmation: Once identified, you only need to confirm the order.
- Summary: Summary of the products in your shopping cart, including their prices. Once identified and as a final step, you must confirm the order.
- Log in: At this point, you must register to create an account to proceed with the purchase, or log in with an existing account.
- Address: Confirmation of delivery address and billing address.
- Shipping: Transport via a Shipping Agency. This incurs fixed costs.
- Payment: Accepted payment methods. You must select the desired method. After selecting the payment method, the purchase is confirmed by making the payment.
After completing your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming receipt and specifying all order details. If you notice an error in the address provided or any other point in the order, you must immediately notify webservice@LUGRASA.com to correct the error.
Prices
Prices published on www.lugrasa.com are in Euros and are valid unless there is a typographical error.
Through the website www.lugrasa.com, prices can be consulted, detailing the applicable VAT. For prices and rates that include any tax or fee, this will be expressly, clearly and unequivocally stated. Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that an erroneously high or low price, or one excessively low compared to other products, or equal to 0 or less than 0, must be due to a data error or system upload and not premeditated. Therefore, the customer may decide not to keep the product and return it even after receiving it without any additional charge, including products in the OUTLET section.

Payment Methods
Payment will be made through any of the following means:
Bank Transfer; If you choose payment by bank transfer, the account number to which the transfer must be made will be specified at the end of the purchase process, along with a reference number that must be specified at the time of transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed to ship your order.
Credit or Debit Card Purchases; the user must provide the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date and CVV. All information will be processed through Bank X's POS terminal.
PayPal Payment; PayPal allows consumers with an email address to send payments over the Internet securely, conveniently and cost-effectively. PayPal's network is built on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution.

Cash on Delivery; Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order at the indicated delivery address.
Shipping
Purchased products will be delivered to the person and at the address indicated in the order within a maximum period of 30 days.
Shipping costs will be specified at the time of purchase, with applicable taxes included.
Contract Archiving
Acceptance of these contracting conditions will be archived in the computer systems owned by LUGRASA.
Languages
These general contracting conditions may be consulted in several languages: Spanish, English, French, Italian and German.
These conditions can only be consulted in Spanish.
Communication
If the user wishes to make any inquiry or complaint, they must contact LUGRASA through the means indicated at the beginning of these conditions.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This purchasing system is governed by the laws in force in Spain (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Law 7/1996 of 15 January on Retail Trade, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/1984 on General Consumer and User Protection, Royal Decree 1906/1999 of 17 December on Telephone and Electronic Contracting with General Conditions, and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).
Right of Withdrawal
The user may revoke the purchase contract within 14 days by notifying in writing, provided the product is returned in its original sealed packaging and in perfect condition. Returns of products that are not sealed will NOT be accepted.
LUGRASA will refund the amount within 14 calendar days from the date it was informed of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract, although it reserves the right to withhold such refund until the goods subject to return are received.

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, LUGRASA will cover the costs of return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is dissatisfaction with the order, we will refund the amount as well as ordinary shipping costs (urgent or special delivery costs are not refunded).
The costs of returning the product shall be borne by the consumer or user.
Warranties
Products are subject to the warranty periods legally established.
