These General Terms and Conditions of Use regulate the use of the website www.lugrasa.com, owned by LUBRICANTES Y GRASAS, SA (LUGRASA) with registered office at C/ Isla Cristina 11, Murcia, email: webservice@lugrasa.com and telephone +34 968 200 901, Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Murcia - Book 521. Any order made on www.Lugrasa.com necessarily implies, as an essential, determinant, and indispensable condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Use in force on the date the corresponding order is placed. Furthermore, the Customer acknowledges that acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order in question, as well as to all subsequent orders, except in cases where new conditions are brought to their attention.

Users

To purchase any of the products displayed on www.Lugrasa.com, the user must be legally capable according to the Spanish Legal System.

Two types of users are distinguished: final consumers and professionals. If you are a professional, this must be specified at the time of registration by checking the corresponding box.

These terms of use are intended for the final consumer who purchases products on www.Lugrasa.com.

Purchase Procedure

Choose: You choose the desired product, click on it, and you will see a detailed description. From the product page itself, it can be added to the shopping cart.

Purchase: Once in the cart, you must follow the established steps to confirm the purchase and provide the required data.

Confirmation: Once you have logged in, all that remains is to confirm the order.

Summary: Summary of the products included in your shopping cart, along with their prices. Once identified and as a final step, you must confirm the order.

Log in: At this point, you must register to create an account to proceed with the purchase, or log in with an existing account.

Address: Confirmation of delivery address and billing address.

Shipping: Transport via a Shipping Agency. Incurs fixed costs.

Payment: Accepted payment methods. You must select the desired one. After selecting the payment method, the purchase is confirmed, and the payment is processed.

Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email within 24 hours confirming receipt of the order and specifying all order details. If you notice an error in the address provided or any other point in the order, you must immediately notify webservice@Lugrasa.com to proceed with correcting the error.

Prices

Prices, Taxes, VAT, and Customs

The prices of products offered on the Web are indicated in euros (€) and include the corresponding Value Added Tax (VAT) and eco-taxes.

LUGRASA, in accordance with European laws, charges VAT on all orders destined for territories belonging to the European Union, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, which are exempt from VAT.

LUGRASA may refund the amount corresponding to VAT if your area is outside the European zone or due to special conditions your area is exempt from VAT. To process this management with guarantees, you must contact our accounting department through the contact form on the website.

Any additional costs of an order derived from customs procedures and duties will be paid by the customer at destination (Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, countries outside the EU, etc.).

Once payment is made, all conditions reflected herein are understood to be accepted without any exception.

Offers and promotions will be expressly indicated, understanding that a price erroneously high or low or excessively low compared to the rest of the products or equal to 0 or less than 0, will be due to a data error or system upload error and not premeditated. Therefore, the customer may decide not to take the product and return it even after receiving it without any additional charge. This includes products in the "OUTLET" section. Payment Methods

Payment will be made through any of the following means:

Bank Transfer; If you choose payment by bank transfer, at the end of the purchase process, the account number to which the transfer must be made will be specified, as well as a reference number that must be indicated at the time of making the transfer. Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed to ship your order.

Purchases with credit or debit card; the user must provide the cardholder's name, card number, expiration date, and CVV. All information will be processed through Bank X's POS terminal.

Payment with PayPal; PayPal allows consumers with an email address to send payments securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively over the Internet. The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. Cash on Delivery (COD); Payment will be made in cash at the moment of delivery of the order at the indicated delivery address.

Shipping

Order Delivery Times

The delivery time for each item is displayed before adding it to the cart and once the shipping address data is included. We try to be as accurate as possible at all times, but unforeseen events may arise from the stock in our warehouses or from our suppliers. In these cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to keep you informed and find the most convenient solution for you.

Note: We remind you that the delivery time for your product(s) takes effect from the confirmation of payment by the financial institution.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are costly and require more procedures than any other shipment to the European zone, so delivery times are frequently subject to alteration. We commit to expediting these shipments as much as possible, but the customer should be aware that the ship with the merchandise only sails on Fridays, and it may take several days in our warehouses to have the package ready for shipment. Therefore, we ask for patience if the shipment is delayed by a few days. These shipments take between 10 and 15 days to reach the islands.

If changes occur during the preparation or course of the shipment in political, technical, environmental, economic, public health circumstances, or other factors beyond the control of the parties that cause a delay in the delivery of the order, LUGRASA will be exempt from responsibility for such delay. In the event that such causes beyond the parties' control and directly affecting the progress of the sale make it difficult or impossible to fulfill the delivery obligations, LUGRASA will communicate the incident to the customer so that both parties can reach an amicable solution to the conflict.

Shipping Price

Our shipping cost for all of Spain is €7.00 in all zones (Except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).

Shipping will be free for orders over €150.00 (Before taxes and fees).

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €45 shipping cost.

Balearic Islands: €10.00. Free shipping for orders over €200.00.

Portugal: Shipping cost €7.00 in all zones (Except Azores and Madeira).

Shipping will be free for orders over €150.00 (Before taxes and fees).

European Economic Community Countries: Shipping cost €30.00.

United Kingdom and countries outside the EEC: Shipping cost €55.00.

These are our base shipping rates, which may be modified due to the volume and quantity of items purchased.

My order arrived damaged or opened.

Occasionally, the package leaving our facilities may have suffered some impact during transport or even opened during the journey. If you detect any problem at the time of delivery by our transport agency, do not accept the order, reject it, and notify us via email. We will send you a new order as soon as we receive the damaged package.

If you have already collected the package without noticing any damage, contact us via email within a maximum period of 2 days so we can provide a quick and satisfactory solution. After these 2 days, LUGRASA is not responsible for any error or damage derived from the delivery of the order, and any claim will be treated as a factory warranty and subject to its conditions.

We recommend that if you have received a damaged package, take some photos for a potential claim. Then, you can open the package and check if all the contents are in perfect condition.

Returns

Products purchased from LUGRASA have a 15 calendar day return period from receipt, provided they are new, unused, complete, and in their original packaging at the time of return.

If after exercising the right of withdrawal, LUGRASA verifies that the product has not been returned under the conditions described above, said right will not be effective or will be made effective deducting any depreciation the product may have suffered due to handling. If the order is returned to the customer, the customer will assume the resulting shipping costs.

The costs of the return will be borne by the customer unless it is due to an error on our part, in which case LUGRASA will bear all costs arising from the return of the product.

Only returns of products that come with all accessories, boxes, labels, etc., and show no signs of use will be accepted. If the item shows signs of use, it will be returned to the customer. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

All exchanges and returns to LUGRASA must be made through our transport agency. This way we guarantee the arrival of the product and in case of possible loss of the package during shipment, your purchase will be covered.

The refund for returned products will be made, whenever possible, using the original payment method of the order. If this is impossible, we will contact you to agree on another payment method.

Products returned to LUGRASA must be in their original packaging, with all accessories, labels, etc., and show no signs of having been used. Similarly, the package to be returned must be properly packed so that the product and its original packaging do not suffer any damage, as in this case LUGRASA reserves the right to reject said return.

Product exchanges are processed in the order they arrive at our facilities and generally take two or three days to be processed, except in cases of lack of stock of the product or delays by our suppliers. In these cases, we will inform you as quickly as possible to reach a solution entirely satisfactory for you.

Return Costs

Return costs by zone will be as follows:

Spain (except Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) and Portugal (except Azores and Madeira): return or size exchange costs will be €9.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: return costs will be €39.

Balearic Islands: return or size exchange costs will be €30.

European CEE Zone: return or size exchange costs will be €50.

Outside the CEE: Costs will be applied based on the weight and volume of the order.

In the same way as with shipping costs, some islands and territories may entail an increase in costs and delivery times, of which you will be informed at the time of placing the order.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This purchase system is governed by the legislation in force in Spain (Civil Code, Commercial Code, Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade, Law 7/1998, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 26/1984, General for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, regarding telephone and electronic contracting with general conditions, and Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce).

Warranties

Products are subject to the legally established warranty periods and according to the conditions, terms, and procedures of the manufacturer.
