FastScan App Relaunch with New Improvements

At LUGRASA, we are always striving to provide our customers with the best tools to enhance their experience. Today, we are excited to announce that the FastScan App has been relaunched with new and exciting improvements!

What is FastScan?

FastScan is a loyalty programme specifically designed to reward workshops that choose Castrol products. For every litre of Castrol lubricant purchased from an authorised distributor, registered workshops will earn points that can be redeemed for attractive rewards.

Main improvements to the new FastScan App:

• Welcome Bonus: Workshops registering for the first time will automatically receive 1000 welcome points, ready to accumulate and redeem for great rewards.
• Easy Registration: Workshops whose VAT numbers are not listed in the TurfView database can now register. The distributor will receive a notification with the list of pending VAT numbers so that the data can be updated quickly.

  It's important to note that even if the workshop is registered, if the VAT number is not correctly listed in the TurfView database, no points will be awarded. Please take a few minutes to verify and update this information.

• Automatic Point Allocation: The new version of the app removes the need to scan QR codes to earn points. Now, points will be automatically awarded once a month. Users simply need to log in and click the corresponding button to activate them.
