Description and Applications

The Ultimate Plus G12+ Antifreeze by YENCOIL is a high-performance coolant designed for direct use. Formulated with modern organic additives, this product provides long-lasting, maintenance-free protection for the cooling systems of automobiles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, and stationary systems. Additionally, it prevents corrosion in all types of metals present in cooling circuits.

Properties

• Freezing Point: At sub-zero temperatures, the Ultimate Plus G12+ Antifreeze effectively protects down to -39°C, with a freezing point below -37°C.
• Boiling Point: With a boiling point of 136°C at 138 kPa pressure, it prevents cavitation in the pumping system and overheating.
• Anti-Corrosion Capacity: Excellent at preventing rust and scale formation. Does not darken prematurely.
• Composition: Fully formulated with ethylene glycol (MEG), free from amines, nitrites, phosphates, or silicates.
• Non-Flammable: Does not generate residues or clog filters. Inert to rubbers and elastomers, and prevents foam formation.
• Long Service Life: Extends the lifespan of pumps, thermostats, and radiators, avoiding costly breakdowns. Replacement recommendations:
  • Trucks, Buses, and Construction Machinery: 650,000 km (or 8,000 hours)
  • Light Vehicles: 250,000 km (or 2,000 hours)
  • Stationary Engines: 32,000 hours (or 6 years)
  • In general, it is recommended to replace the product every 5 years if the specified mileage or hours have not been reached.

Usage Instructions

1. Drain the cooling system with the engine off.
2. Refill directly with Ultimate Plus G12+ Antifreeze.
3. Start the engine for a few minutes and top up the level with more product.

Due to the high quality of the Ultimate Plus G12+ Antifreeze, although it is miscible and compatible, mixing it with water or other antifreezes is not recommended, as this may reduce its performance. To clean a dirty circuit, use the same product by following the draining procedure, filling with the engine running, and draining again to remove dirt before the final fill.
